Vidya Dayini Model High School was started in the year 1981. With all their noble ideas and aspirations, the founders never thought that the institutions would grow into a group of institutions and become prominent land mark in the old city of Hyderabad.

The school shifted to the existing building in the year 1986. The school is recognized officially by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The school follows the S.S.C course of the Government of A.P.
